Basic Website Set Up
Our objective is to provide you with a basic custom website that is economically priced, has a professional appearance, is easy for visitors to navigate, contains a wide array of functionality, and is extremely search engine friendly.
To provide you with the highest quality website that fulfills the above objective, we will:
- Register a unique domain name for your website.
- Use a search engine friendly framework on which to build your website.
- Design a custom header graphic for your website, with your logo prominently displayed.
- Set up the following web pages using content you provide to us:
1. The “home” page.
2. An “about” page (for firm philosophy, etc.).
- Create the following SEO-optimized web pages using a combination of content you provide us and our SEO expertise:
1. One page for each geographical location of your company.
2. One page for each service you offer.
- Add a “news” section to your website. This will be done in the form of an integrated blog (to make it as search engine friendly as possible) to which relevant articles and news items can be published on a regular basis.
- Create a “Free Consultation” or “Contact Us” page that includes a form for potential clients to fill out (this form will be built to YOUR specifications). The completed form will be received by one (or more) of your company’s employees via email (per YOUR specifications).
- Customize the footer of your website with your company’s name and a copyright notice.
- Set up a navigation menu on your website, with links to all pages as well as the “news” blog section of your website.
- (OPTIONAL – No Extra Charge) Include one graphic on each web page. You can either provide us with high resolution images, or we can source royalty-free stock photos.
- (OPTIONAL – No Extra Charge ) Add one embedded video on any page of your website (video creation is not included with this “custom website” service; however, it is included in the “1st Page Listing” service.).
- (OPTIONAL – No Extra Charge) Install a “Google Analytics” code on your website… so you can track your traffic!
- (OPTIONAL – Additional Fee) Design a custom logo for your company. This logo will be prominently displayed on the header of your website. You will be provided with a copy of this logo that can be used on business cards, letterhead, etc.
- (OPTIONAL – Additional Fee) Monthly Website Management. Our objective is to provide you with a hands-off website solution that builds your visibility in the search engines and attracts targeted visitors to your website. To fulfill this objective, we will:
We will provide a draft version of the website design, and each web page, for your final approval.
1. Create email addresses for company employees as needed.
2. Provide up to 1 hour each month to make changes or additions to your web pages.
3. Write and add 2 unique articles to the “news” blog section of your website each month.
Our regular price for a custom website as listed above (without a logo) would be: $999.
However, we are eager and excited to introduce our services to local businesses in the South Bay, and are offering special reduced prices to businesses in the area for a limited time.
. . . When you hire us, we will build your website to the specifications above, for just $599 ($150 extra if you want us to design your logo).
Terms and Conditions in Plain English… Here is what the below Terms and Conditions essentially says:
1. Only one “revision” of content and media developed by Champion SEO Consulting LLC is included in the prices listed in this Proposal. Any extra revisions, or work outside the scope of the service descriptions listed above will be considered additional expenses and billed separately.
2. As our client, you promise to pay us the agreed amount in return for our services.
3. We will not be held liable for any damages or legal issues you may experience as a result of us performing this work for you. (Such occurrence is highly unlikely!)

Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and Delivery of Services
The scope of services Champion SEO Consulting LLC will deliver to the client is set out above. In respect to the final product, drafts of each element of the services described will be submitted to the client for approval prior to final upload and/or distribution. Champion SEO Consulting LLC includes only one (1) revision of each service element, as specified above within the listed pricing. If the client requests further revisions, these shall be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum charge of $50.
With respect to information posted to public websites, such as Google Maps and Business Directories, Champion SEO Consulting LLC will represent the client accurately to the best of its ability, based on the information provided by the client. Any login usernames and passwords to such sites will be provided to the client, and any revisions required by the client can either be made by the client or will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum charge of $50, if Champion SEO Consulting LLC personnel perform the change.
2. Consideration
The client shall pay a consideration as set out in the above Service Description, in return for the services rendered to the client by Champion SEO Consulting LLC.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required, prior to commencement of work, for package services. For larger consulting projects, incremental payment terms may be negotiated.
4. Non-Disclosure
Champion SEO Consulting LLC shall take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that any confidential client information shall remain confidential.
5. Variations to Scope of Work
After commencement of the project, the client has the right to request project variations to cover out-of-scope changes to the project. Such variations, not described above will either be billed at $50 per hour, or will be managed under a separate service agreement.
6. Reports and Approval of Material
Client agrees to take full responsibility for the final proofing of any content used for inclusion on any web properties. While every effort is made to avoid errors, Champion SEO Consulting LLC does not accept any liability for errors or omissions not detected by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, information and wording contained within any material provided to the client by Champion SEO Consulting LLC in the course of delivering the services described above is Copyrighted to the client. Business models and unique names, are copyrighted to Champion SEO Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced in any form, or copied or modified for any other use or with other clients, without the express written permission of Champion SEO Consulting LLC.
8. Limited Liability
All advice, information, report content, developed content and media is provided to the client based on the professional experience and knowledge of Champion SEO Consulting LLC personnel. Champion SEO Consulting LLC does not accept liability for any commercial effects of such advice, or implementation of any strategies, as they may be experienced by the client or any other stakeholder. Consultancy and web content services are provided by Champion SEO Consulting LLC on the basis that the client, and any other associated stakeholders, will undertake their own independent assessment into the commercial viability and risk profile of any recommended strategy.
Champion SEO Consulting LLC specifically does not accept any liability whatsoever for any consequences, repercussions, legal actions, loss of business, or damage to reputation incurred as a result of any content or media created by Champion SEO Consulting LLC on behalf of the client.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the parties in respect to the services described above. This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, warranties, agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions whether oral or written, express or implied, collateral or otherwise, by or between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement.
10. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of California.
