Professional Social Profile Management $197 one-time set up fee $1500/month includes:
- Analysis of current strategy.
- Creation of new strategy (if needed).
- Back-maintenance of profiles.
- Updating & connecting profiles per new strategy.
- 1 status update every day on Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.
- Accepting friend requests/following back.
- Deleting spam.
- Audience building.
- Statistics reporting.
- Monthly strategic consulting
- Viral strategy execution
- Content creation and distribution.
Terms and Conditions
Charges & Payment:
Work will be billed at the rates described above on the 5th of each month. First time clients will be billed in full, or $197 + first month’s service in advance, unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made via Visa/MasterCard, Paypal or check if requested in advance. (A fee of up to $35.00 may be charged for any returned check.) Invoices are Net 10 days. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, all work on your account will be withheld until payment is made. Due to the nature of this service we do not offer refunds or make any guarantees on audience participation or number of fans, friends, and/or followers.
Length of Contract:
Minimum 3 month commitment
In the event of changes to the scope of work or other factors outside of Contractor’s control, Contractor shall reserve the right to renegotiate this Agreement and collect for all services performed up to the date of renegotiation.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Client shall pay Contractor for all hours and expenses accrued up to the date of termination. In the unlikely event litigation is commenced between the parties of this Agreement, the party prevailing shall be entitled, in addition to other relief, to a reasonable sum for attorney’s fees.
