No - FlixBus cannot accommodate pets on board. However, service and companion dogs with medical documentation, such as guide dogs, are free to accompany owners on FlixBus services.

Yes - you may be eligible for a refund for incidents such as missed connections, unused tickets, bus delays, bus cancellations and cancelled seat reservations. In some cases passengers may be requested to provide evidence of their absence or unused tickets. Services within the EU and US may be eligible for cash or voucher refunds requested using the Manage My Booking function. Passengers outside these zones will need to contact FlixBus customer service to manage their refund. FlixBus offers reserved seating only on some services. Where this is possible, passengers will be prompted during the booking process, either online or with an agent. Prices for seat reservations depend on the length of the journey, and will range from €1.49-4.99. Where FlixBus does not offer reserved seating, passengers are free to choose their own seat.
For bookings with seat reservations, any changes to allocations must be made through FlixBus booking management here.
Yes
FlixBus tickets include a complimentary luggage allowance. Travellers may take one piece of carry-on luggage, stored in the overhead compartment, and one piece of checked luggage, stored in the luggage hold. Yes - Standard sized bicycles under 20kg may be taken on services with bike racks. Bicycles must be confirmed during the booking process. Prices for bicycle bookings may be found here.
